JRichell’s story is different from other designers; she puts her soul into her designs and her past and present influence them. Her clothes are a direct reflection of her, and she emphasizes that she does not allow her models to wear anything that she wouldn’t.

Striving to bring “class” to urban streetwear, JRichell expresses that one’s anatomy doesn’t have to constantly be on display in order to validate their self-esteem.

JRichell Fashions was born in 2004. We started with plain white logo tees and zipper influenced tanks tops. 4 years later & after graduating from the Academy of Art University San Francisco in 2006, JRichell has participated in numerous amounts of Fashion Shows, one being “Moving Oakland Forward 2007” A benefit for the city of Oakland.

Invited guest, city officials & Mayor elect Ron Dellums. It was here where she had the honor of meeting the late Chauncey Bailey, of which, he later gave her, her first press release & introduction. (Oakland Post- April 2007)
She has participated in Art-n-Soul Festivals Oakland 2006 & San Francisco 2007.
She has recently gotten into providing clothes for up and coming singers from the Bay Area, providing full wardrobe for Tyrone Payne’s up and coming Music video. In 2008, JRichell Debuted the RICH GIRL COLLECTION. This line was a reflection of all the wonderful people she's meet in past years. She wanted to create a line that spoke of Sass, Sexiness & Cuteness. Rich Girl T-Shirts also debuted in 2008. Selling in two outspoken locations in the Bay Area; A Diva's Closet & Inkwell Tattoo Studio & retail lounge. In 2009, JRichell plans to bring you more new and innovative clothing & accessories.

JRichell Fashions is a streetwear brand. Known for style, new ideas and sexiness. It's a clash between the streets and elegance.This line is a reflection of myself Jacquelynn Richell. Born in Oakland, Ca and raised in Richmond, Ca centered my understanding of struggle and pain as a child. As a woman now, I want to design a line/ brand that reflects struggle and pain along with the sincerity of being a woman.
My logo is the initials of my first and middle name; put together, this picture is placed on top of a butterfly. Butterflies represent change. I feel that every woman endures change in her life.
From change you can grow and become better. With this I want to give women the chance to grow and feel better by giving them new and innovative clothes. In my line you will find sleek and sexy designs that highlight the women’s body.

She is as humble and classy as she is sexy and mysterious. "Rich Girls" loves to have fun. They have fantastic weekends in Las Vegas, club and bar hopping is a must. Rich Girls are females between the ages 18 on up. They love living life and are also humble enough to know that not everything in life is promised. They are very fashionable and love to look good. They have a purpose, they know and understand it. She wants to make sure that she has affected someone’s life, in a good way. She has dreams and lives them everyday.
